I'm facing a data usage issue on my s21+ I've full internet package for the entire month of May but still cannot use my data . Please help.

Hi Daniel.. Checkout the below steps

1) Please try connecting your phone to a WiFi and check if it's working

2) Also try using your sim card on a different device and check if you are able to use mobile data. If its working that means the issue is with your S21 otherwise it could be your sim card issue/ or an issue with your network service provider

3) On your S21, Go to Settings, Reset Network settings > Restart and your phone and check if it works 💪

Thanks mate! I restarted the network but still the same ,can't. Ig the sim provider has locked my data package.;(
