How to decrease transparency

Anyone knows how to decrease the transparency of notification panel either through settings or good lock . 

this is so much irritating

Ok it's a bug and yes sometimes it's also happening in my phone like folder and widget become transparent but resolved automatically after 2 days

After updating one ui 8 today

So leave it and it will get better on its own, if it does not get better in 1 week then get a smart tutor from Samsung support .
