How to deactivate reactivation lock in s8

My samsung account was created by the samsung shop personnel. By mistake they had created a wrong ID. As a result of which I am not getting any email communication. Now when I tried to change the id it promted me to be sure to deactivate the reactivation lock. But I could not find the way to dractivate it. Please help.

Go to developer option and turn OEM unlock off

just remove all google and Samsung accounts from my accounts.

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that please remove the existing account from Settings >> apps >> clouds & accounts >> Accounts >> Samsung Accounts >> Remove account.
The again reconfigure the Samsung account from the same path.
