How to capture Slo-Mo Video ?

Hey Guys, I want to know how to capture a full slo-mo video because when I'm capturing, it captures like some normal then slo mo and again normal video.

Open camera > select video > select more. See screen shot.

I know the option but the video output is not a full video in slow motion, it captures some part normal and some part slo mo
