The beta program is full for S24 Although Samsung has not released any list yet, you can expect a stable ONE UI 8 in October/November 2025, and Samsung never says the exact date, so be patient until you get notified

No Beta now for your's device. Always a stable version update is better than Beta version update. So please don't bothered about this issue now. You will be get One UI 8.0 stable version update may be in next quarter.
