How do we use Picture in picture mode in YouTube?

I know there is setting for that, which I have it  ON for many apps including YouTube and chrome, but there is no way picture in picture works for me in s20 fe. I have already searched on YouTube but no help.

you can use youtube in pop view like this.

Picture in picture works only in youtube premium account.
