How can i remove other storage

Yesterday, i reset my phone after automatically installed the all app, photos and videos with samsung cloud, today i am check my other storage space is 22gb

It's normal on 128GB storage

How can possible before reset my other storage space is 3GB, but now 22GB

Still man its normal! They are system files

See the more you use, more files generated and others increased! If on 128GB GB it 22GB its normal, if more than 30GB then its a matter of concern

Are you using Secure folder?

No i am not using secure folder

Because data of secure folder counted in others 😅

In 1st screen shot there's a "i" button in circle next to Apps. Tap on it & allow my files to access data. Then after when you back on the main screen you will see the 22.03 GB will split in to Apps and others.


Right now 22.03GB presents combined space of Apps & others.

In my case other was shows ~18GB space consumed but after doing the above step now my other having 3GB space & apps 15GB space.


If its work please accept my reply as a solution by tapping on 3 dots on right uper corner of my comment 🙂
