U need to try the following if u dont see the banner to redeem the tablet: Uninstall the members app and then reinstall Sign out of members and then back in again.
Wait about 30mins and go back into members app and the banner should be there. Try it again if it doesn't work. It worked for me I didn't have the banner on my members app at first
I also only received a reference number amd today i queried only to be told they having problems validating my submission and i must resend documentation to: samsung@isonxperiences.com I hope it gets approved now because i would hate to see samsung to creat such a disappointment after 18 years of product use.
