Horrible Notification Deisgn in OneUI 5

Does anyone find OneUI 5 Notification design just horrible? It just look ugly compared to OneUI 4 Notification. Like some cheap chinese spin off OS.

Is there a way I can change it to OneUI 4 style. And can somebody tell me a way I can convey my concern to samsung developers?

I am surprised how this passed the QA.

If I wanted cheap UI experience I would have switched to MIUI already.

Use QuickStar and Theme Park module from GoodLock and make your panel as you want
