To help address this concern, we recommend the following troubleshooting step:
Clear Cache of the Good Lock App:
Go to your device's settings.
Scroll down and select "Apps" or "Applications."
Locate the "Good Lock" app and tap on it.
In the Good Lock app settings, select "Storage."
Tap "Clear Cache" to remove the app's cached data.
Clearing the app's cache can often resolve performance and functionality issues. After performing this action, please check if the issue has been resolved.
