Highly Critical : Pink line issue on my S22 Plus and White lines issue on my S21 FE.

Dear Samsung Team,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the performance of two Samsung devices I own.

The Samsung S22 Plus and the Samsung S21 FE. Despite my long-standing loyalty to the Samsung brand, the recent issues with these devices have severely undermined my trust in the quality and reliability of your products.

Samsung S22 Plus Issue - I purchased the Samsung S22 Plus with the expectation of a premium experience, given its high-end specifications and cost. However, my experience has been marred by a persistent vertical pink line that has appeared on the screen. This line appeared suddenly and has not been resolved despite my attempts at troubleshooting, including restarting the phone, updating the software, booting in Safe Mode, running display tests. All these efforts have been to no avail, indicating a probable hardware defect.

Samsung S21 FE Issue - Compounding my frustration, my Samsung S21 FE has developed an even more severe display issue, with over 30 vertical white lines appearing across the screen. Similar to the S22 Plus, this issue emerged suddenly and has persisted despite extensive troubleshooting efforts. Given that both devices are now out of warranty, I am left with two malfunctioning phones and no clear resolution path.

Impact and Concerns

These issues are not isolated incidents but rather significant failures in what are supposed to be flagship and high-quality devices. The premature failure of these displays not only affects my daily communication and productivity but also undermines the confidence I placed in Samsung’s products. As a consumer, I expect durability and reliability, especially from premium devices. The fact that both devices are experiencing such severe issues suggests a potential quality control problem that needs to be addressed.

Given the circumstances, I request that Samsung takes responsibility for these defects and provides a satisfactory resolution.

Bro contact samsung customer service.....tell abt your issue...then go to service center...last week i have the same issue if it is geuine they are replacing the disply at free of cost....

Hi! I recently faced this issue and even the customer care is not helping! They keep saying free replacement period got over on April 30th. What am I supposed to do when this issue occurred to me one month later? How is it my fault? I request Samsung to do a free replacement of the display since this issue is clearly not related to my usage.

other problem is
even though the display component costs less, they will only replace the complete assembly. which was billed at 22k inc. labor when i faced this issue last month.
free replacement notification came after that

I have faced a white line issue after one ui 6.1 update

Initially, I contacted the samsung helpline number, and they said to visit the service center

So, I have visited the service center and raised the job sheet ( including the IQC test ).
Service center members are saying there is no policy right now, and they said replacement is based on chargeable ( around 12k for s21fe)

Again, I have contacted the helpline number, and they are saying it's usage fault. So I have asked if it's a usage fault only limited people will face the problem, not a bulk amount of users ( there is no answer from him ) and connected call to a higher department ( decision-making department)

Had a few minutes of conversation with the higher department and asked to send the bill copy of the mobile

After a few days, they called back and said that due to a software update, you are facing the line issue. We are ready to provide a discount on your display, and the final amount after discount is 531/- rupees.

Service center placed order of the part waiting for replacement

If your phone doesn't have any physical or liquid damage and is used in a proper way, Samsung always helps us.

I have got the same issue as well just after this update I got a pink line. I think they are doing it on purpose after the warranty goes off after 2 years. I'm never going to buy samsung again , same thing happened with my S21plus , screen went white after update.
