I heard that One UI 8 is live now for S23 Series including the FE, but the problem with my device is I've downloaded the September security patch update hut didn't installed it. I thought The One UI 8 update will overwrite the update but I don't think it did the same. Someone pls tell me do I now have to instal this update first then I could be able to install One UI 8 or is there any other way to delete or overwrite the update?

Don't worry, just update the September patch, then search for an update again. It will show the new One UI update; update it then.
And yes when installing update keep your phone near fan or AC keep the temperature as cool as possible to avoid green line. 😊

Brother that I know, but my major concern is Green line issue. I could've update way earlier but because of this green line issue I’m afraid to do so. And now in this particular situation I've to update my device twice, if this download is irreversible. And I'm genuinely afraid 🙃

Bro, let me tell you this: Any lining in the display happens because a particular line of pixels is burned or due to heating from overvoltage, etc. When new updates come, phone display calibration is also changed by adjusting some voltage levels. Also, due to heavy processing while installing updates, the phone gets heated, so there is a high chance that weak pixels can be damaged. So always update your phone near fan or Ac so your phone cant get any kind of heating

Just updated bro, untill now everything seems fine 😭
Now downloading one ui 8 update, I'll come back after installing it 🤌🏻
