To change the voice used to read custom notifications aloud on a Samsung Galaxy device.
1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General management, OR
[Accessibility -> TalkBack -> Settings], options may vary.
3. Select Text to speech audio output
4. Under Preferred engine, choose Samsung TTS or Google TTS
5. Tap the gear icon next to the selected engine to configure Language and Speech rate & pitch as personal preference.
