Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra's zoom lens. When zooming to 10x or above, the quality noticeably drops—it gets blurry, the contrast becomes very low, and overall it feels like the images are of poor quality.

I've carefully checked the lens, and it appears to be clean—no dust, smudges, or scratches that could cause this. Despite this, the problem persists, and it’s very frustrating considering the phone's reputation for its camera capabilities.

To better explain the issue, I’ve attached a video demonstrating the problem. You can see how the image quality degrades when zooming beyond 10x.

Has anyone else faced this issue or knows a potential fix? Could it be a hardware problem or a software glitch?

I'd appreciate any advice or troubleshooting steps you can share!

Thanks in advance!

Try pro mode. Also phone camera aint made to have stable images when using zoom feature to max. Try below 10x you will notice improvement

Then one reason is that samsung has deliberatly messed with your camera software. Was the quality good before the update?

I'm not sure if that is related to software!
