Are you guys able to theme your devices using 3rd party apps like Substratum/Swift installer or any other theme engines except samsung themes?

That's weird, google introduced a restriction towards themes installations in pie for security reasons but samsung removed that restriction in S9/S9+ and Note 9. On the other hand S8/S8+ and Note 8 which got (almost) stable Pie build is not allowing its users to theme their devices. Ridiculous.
