Theirs heavy bug in Android 13 beta program.
I am unable to open apps.
Gmail, Email, Samsung Members, Bijlti Mitra and in many more apps.
I am unable to open and access app.
Samsung please help in resolving the issue asap.

Or Should I downgrade to Android 12 ?
And If I do so using Smart Switch, will their be any data loss ?

Please help me guys.

After then downgrade it

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
