Heating issues

My phone s20 fe getting automatically heating without touching phone .. some time over heating warning ⚠️and phone gets off.. any solution? For this problem..

I did factory reset.. same problem facing

No game in my phone . Only basic application in my phone .. I can talk more than 5 min in call .. phone gets heat..
