Heating issue after October update in s23 ultra

After updating with October security pathch my s23 ultra heat up during normal activity like browsing social media and youtube. Before update it not happen

How to solve 

Suggest some solution..

Some suggestions (hope it will be helpful)
1) open settings, Tap Battery And Device, Optimize now, Done
2)In The bettery and device care you could clean your memory for background running apps
2) I suggest you to turn off unnecessary options in notification panel if not used

Almost 3-4 hours daily with light content consumption and normal tasks
