Galaxy SSteps done by them
1. reinstall Software from there side.
2.did a heating test which includes some gaming, some calling, etc. it was 3-4 hours of test.
3. But all the temperature count were below 48 degree and as per them its normal. If temperature goes beyond 48 degree they can consider it as a faulty unit.
4. Also this test were done in AC temperature of 24-26 degree which is very uncommon in india.
After doing all this, my replacement was rejected.
Now after all I did my research and found few things
1. S23 has network reception problem, many samsung devices has but samsung don't want to acknowledge. That's a bitter truth.
2. Whenever you are in low network area , network performance would be bad compared to other brand phones, your mobile will start heating up. But other brand phones doesn't heat up much.
3.If you are in normal network , you won't face this issue much.
4. If you are using mobile data, there is high chance that mobile will heat up specially in low network area.
5. Now after all these problems from Samsung, If we compare the other low budget phones you will find that s23 has a metal frame. Which transmits heat and you will feel its hot.
6.If other phones are carrying same temperatures, there is high possibility that phones with metal frames would feel more hot.
Now solution to overcome this problem.
U am trying below items, Obviously based on when and where possible,I understand its not possible everytime to follow below steps.
1. Try to use wifi as much as possible and turn off mobile data, specially when you are in low network area.
2. Try to switch to 4g instead of 5g when not required.
3. Buy a good quality case which don't transmit heat and has better design to disipitate heat properly. You can go for Nillkin, spigen or other similar brands.I use Nillkin.
4. Also Don't use smart switch application from samsung to move data from old phone to new phone. You can use that application just to transfer photos but dont use for transferring application...that's one of the culprit which will waste your memory and battery as well.
Note - after following all above steps , my heating issue is under control and manageable, though its not yet resolved.
Feel free to add your tips and tricks as well.
