The beta program is full for S24. Although Samsung has not released any list yet but you can expect a stable ONE UI 8 in October/November 2025 and Samsung never says the exact date so be patient until you get notified

Beta closed. Please don't bothered about this issue now. Always a stable version update is better than Beta Version update. You will be get One UI 8.0 stable version update maybe in next quarter.
