I am planning to update my s25 ultra to one ui 8 beta. 
Do beta users directly get stable update through OTA or do they need to rollback and then update to stable ?

Post Beta final stable update through OTA only no rollback and update. Testing krne k paise thodey de rahy hain samsung jo rollback an reset krna padega
