Why Samsung Galaxy phones doesn't support NTFS format external hard drive.

When i connect my external hdd sometime it shows in my files app and it says read only but most of the time it doesn't show anything or connect.

Device :- Galaxy S21 FE SD 888 

If someone have a solution please comment below 🙏

Use some custom file manager from Google play.
