Green vertical line and back cover damage

I hereby complaint about the Samsung device S20 plus which got damage after receiving software update this month. Device back cover got opened up by the heating issue and screen got green vertical line itself during night. Same has been address to the customer care centre at gurugram but no solution was provided as the device was out of warranty. This issue can make a huge damage to life and property to me and my family members, device overheating can lead to explode of device and may cause fire incident. 
This same issue has been also addressed on many social and online platform by many consumers but Samsung India is quite about it. 
Being a huge fan of Samsung and surrounded with all Samsung products at home and office, this is a shameful event where the complaints were not even heard properly. 
While complaining about the issue at service centre, employees were explaining me their issue with Samsung device. and were offering me the second-hand device with discounted price and a year warranty. But negative about my incident and issue
A very unprofessional behavior felt at the samsung center. Samsung lost all the great efforts which were made by their past products with zero complaints from my end

What's that update
Even though your phone is out of Warrenty they must fix or replace the screen if your device don't have any dents and scratches.
Try call samsung customer support

This green line problems occurs in major updates.
Guys better take a video recording while updating.(video reference to care)
Or
Skip the update and wait for fix

Share update info better aware other users.

They are simply denying screen replacement saying some or the other reasons, lost our hard earned money.Will never go for samsung again.Boycott Samsung.
