A bad experience of a customer make 100 new members fear of buying the product .if any one have experienced that.some see your green line with out hesitate they ask you is this one plus phone,after knowing that it's not one plus it's samsung.samsung phones aslo getting green line and unlike one plus samsung not replacing green displays...till now 15 to 16 members re thinking that buying samsung. I personally chaged 5 6 members better go to apple then samsung.....you may tells guide line .show some loopholes for escaping to change disply...but as a customer and by using samsung we go around city we met lot of ppl we had casual talks between talks they can see green line they asks us phone company and brand model how it's happen what we did ...you dint know they never think about buying samsung .......yesterday my friend want to by 25 ultra and he know that am using 22ultra he called me .I just shown him green line and GUIDE LINES OF SAMSUNG....he simply buys apple ......there are some cases genuinely have problem but you decide by your guide line ....🤣🤣🤣🤣

TRUE Samsung busy selling it's s25 mobile they are spending daily croes of money in ads but not helping it's customers suffering from. Green line problem due to Samsung software update it's not our fault

Agreed. Many loyal Samsung customers have already made the switch after facing disappointment with Samsung India's handling of the green line issue
