Bought samsung s23 exchanging my oneplus 9r because of green line issue but guess what , samsung didn't disappointed me gave same green line on s23 , even after getting flagship device having to fave this issue shows how samsung quality has been donwgrade , visited service centre and created job sheet my device dont have single scratch and dent on it , i handle it with extreme care , 14k for display replacement said service centre , imagine getting 80k device and then 2 year later because of **bleep** software update from samsung have to pay another 14k for issue which is complete samsung fault , and surprisingly while talking to customer care executive they said their r&d department havent found any bugs or issue on software casuing green line on s23 and they haven't got any complaints about s23 issues and said you have to pay for replacement, very disappointed with samsung i have been samsung user for almost decade now , hope they acknowledge their mistake and provide free replacement

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue . Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to other users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply try
