Green line issue

 I was using my Samsung S21 Fe and suddenly one Greenline appeared on my screen . I didnt even updated my phone but still the greenline issue on my display . My phone warranty period is already over but how can i get it repaired from samsung service center ?

Visit nearest samsung service centre and submit your phone .Wait for 10 days and also take backup of your data.You will get free replacement with nominal labour charges of 501 Rs if it is not physically damaged.

The service center over here always deny and i had a previous experience my charging port have some issues with dust and it comes under one year warranty .still they made me wait like 3 weeks and finally i contacted official samsung customer care service and they made it faster . So is there any official statement from samsung or anything which i can show the nearest service center so that they will take things serious ?

S21fe 5g is covered under free display replacement policy valid till end of this month.

Thankyou and i will check with service center. Is there anywhere written as official by samsung ? If they deny then i can move legally . Thankyou

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Yes i got screen replacement and only service charge RS 500
