Green line issue.

My Samsung S20+ device got some green line issues on the display due to recent software update.Samsung has announced free display replacement for the same issue, but the clause here is display should not have any dent/scratch or water damage.So I went to service center, they rejected the free display replacement due to minor dent on my device and asked me to pay 16k for replacement of display.Then I wrote an email to Samsung CEO Helpdesk, after few calls/escalations they agreed to replace the display for free of cost.

Yesterday I got my device with new display.

Bro my note 20 ultra have line issue. I think almost every samaung flagship mobile have this type issue

Then better to visit service center, they will change the display for free if applicable.

Note 20 ultra is not having any such issue
This can also occur due to shock or fall

I'm using note 20 ultra, my friend using not2 20 ultra both phone's don't have physical or other damages no fall down. After updated latest updated suddenly one day my phone show a vertical green line

This is because of recent software update, most of the S series devices are facing theses issues.
You can visit authorized Samsung service center, they will inspect your device for dents and water damage.
If everything looks fine, they will change the display for free.

I already visited samsung authorized service center that time thay said to me your note 20 ultra don't have free of cost display replacement option, create a jobshit to the Samsung. Thay said to me wait maybe samsung will provide note series free of cost option.

Guys please watch this & be aware of this issue before you buy new flagship smartphones of Samsung

I am facing similar issue on my Samsung s20 plus, n my display is gone showing white screen n green lines...can any one help what to do and how to resolve

Go to Samsung authorized service center, if your device has no dent or any water damage, they will check and replace the display for free of cost.
If there is any dent, they will ask you to pay around 16k.
Same thing happened to me, but I dint pay any money, rather I have mailed complaint to ceo helpdesk, then they replaced the display for free.
