Hi, sad to hear that. Have you contacted the Samsung service center to address the issue?  If they keep denying please take this issue to social media like ( X, insta etc.). I have also faced issue for my S23 device which is not even there in their free screen replacement policy, but with the help of X post, they contacted me for free replacement. Be very sure that the phone doesn't have any bend, dent, scratch on the display or any water damage.

Here is the X post

Good luck!

Yes I had already contacted the service center in March . That time a slight green line appears in my screen's left side. Service center told that they can't provide free replacement because s23 does not fall under their replacement policy
But today a bright green line comes in the middle of the screen.
Now it is so frustrating to look the phone's screen

It's always good to create a job sheet, so that they can reffer your incident easily

No, they haven't. If there is no physical damage or water damage they can't deny the free replacement.
