So last night the green line has been appeared in my S23 & I did send error log to the samsung via samsung member app. This is what they have replied to me 
As per your query, you are facing line issue on your device. We would like to share some troubleshot steps. Kindly follow the below-mentioned steps:

● Power OFF Galaxy smartphones and turn ON-
To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.

● Kindly do a Software update
Please ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via a mobile network may result in additional charges. Please ensure enough storage space in your device, and ensure your device has a sufficient battery for updating software. (above 50%)

Please follow the below steps:
Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings >> Tap on Software update >> Tap on Download and Install >> Checking for software updates >> Software updates available >> Tap on Download >> Downloading updates >> Tap on Install Now.

Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

● If your issue will be not resolved after performing the steps Reset the device:

Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during the initial setup.
If you do not remember, then reset (Forgot password) your Google account

P.S 8th December 2024 was my last update. I have seen & read about the green line issues from December so I avoided it on purpose.

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply first you must get job card in samsung service center

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Should I update my phone? I mean the Samsung team asked me to update the phone. They said that hat might solve the problem.
