Green line issue and network problem.

I got an green and white line issue in my s21 fe just after the new update of one ui 7.
My mobile was absolutely fine and working before the update. Now the issue is that the employee of service centre is saying that my mobile is out of warranty and because of that I have to pay for required repairs. I mean, is that my fault to have your new update downloaded in my mobile just because i want to be with the new updates. But it didn't go well with me..so irritating to go through this after having an reputated companies mobile. 
I want you to provide the repairing of the mobile totally free, your update has an issue not our handset.
I had kept my handset in an very fine condition, and then your employees says that either you would have dropped it or any extra battery charge has been done by us i mean horrible has the limits.....🤌
Please help us to have the best solutions.

They are saying that the warranty period is one year.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement send email to Samsung care + you will get free replacement
