Green line issue - S23 series joins the list for free screen replacement?

SAMMYFANS claims that Samsung is providing free screen replacement upto s23 series.

Okay.. good for you. What is the cause?

Service engineer told it is not due to water damage but samsung helpline telling it is due to some pressure, that can't be belive because pressure at a single point is acceptable but these patch found all around the display problems and they are denying to provide test reports , if they provide that i can file a case in consumer court with proofs but they are denying reports . So thinking of escalation Need to find a way ..

Try reaching service centre and enquire about the replacement.

Do update us if it is replaced for free.

Already go there but they don't change it free of cost. Very bad experience😞.
