I got a green line after an update, and service center and customer care simply deny on calling it physical damage.
Lakhs of users have witnessed the same problem but the company believes all have physical damage. Samsung dont have gut to accept a mistake and offer a screen replacement for their mistake.
Never gonna buy samsung again. Apple is better if you really wanna buy good product. Apple atleast worth money.

I have visited the samsung service center and they treat the very minor scratches which you can't even see it upfront as physical damage. what samsung is officially asking is we can offer free screen replacement if your phone is in box in condition. if company dont want to offer any free service, say it straight away. We are not fools to believe your non-sense responses. may be globally everyone has broke their phone and got a line on display. Apple may be the right choice for flagship. There is no worth to spend 60k+ on samsung flagship.
