Galaxy SFurther update on screen issue
Contacted Samsung again. They declined free screen replacement and discounted replacement also. Is this why Samsung promoting new products. Use for 1 year and get a free line then buy next product. What the hell is this Samsung. I didn't expect such a thing from you guys.
Costing around 11.5k for screen replacement is like nuts. So bye guys. This will be my last post on this forum. I will be switching to some other phone in some months. Thankyou Samsung for your great cooperation and service.

I am facing greenline issue recently for my S21Fe phone. I got it automatically when I am using the phone due to some software/hardware problem not know to me. There is no dent or phone damage as confirmed by Samsung customer care service centre and also comfirmed by Samsung service helpline.
However, They are asking to pay 11thousand for screen replacement.
Very worst response and no call backs. Just postponing the calls and deferring the calls.
Samsung phone issue is coming for S series also andnot worthy at all of the issues raise like this automatically.
No rectification. No proper response in service.
Not a worthy brand anymore.
