Green Line issue on Galaxy S21 Fe

Few days back while i was using my phone suddenly a green line appeared on left side of my phone. Later i contacted the samsung support team through whatsapp and enquired about the same. I opted for human assist and my executive was Mr. Harsim ranjit singh.My phone was only been 5 months after the warranty period, that he was also aware of. I requested if i get a free replacement of the same cause its a common issue. He did'nt given proper response for that, instructed me to go for nearest service centre and get the job card and sent. There was no nearby service centre still i managed to visit there and get the job card after few days. I was having a good hope that i will get the replacement done free of cost. When i shared the job card, Mr. Simarjeet Singh Karwal was assisting me, at that time he was informing me Galaxy S21 FE is ineligible for free replacement. After a lot of conversation he transferred my chat to the supervisor ,Mr.Nikhil Kunar. He informed that we can discuss on phone call.During the call he was telling me the same thing repeatedly and he accepts the mistake that they didnt informed me priorly that i was ineligible.I took my whole time going for service centre and get the job card done. And now they are telling me this. If i want to get it done by spending my money why should i contact the customer care and i could have gone directly and clear this.They are not giving proper response and just clears it my saying sorry and he was instrcting me to spend 10k for display replacement. Its really sad to see that we are investing our hard earned money around 50K for a phone and having 4 green lines on screen few months after warranty.Samsung is giving free replacement for other phones as they know its an issue from their side.Requesting samsung to help me with this case as iam not suppose to get this type of quality from a smartphone worth this much.
