I got mine repaired bro...I don't know about your experience in service centre...but in barrackpore the executives were very helpful

And infact they took 1 day to complete the whole process...they took 502 rs as labour fee but in exchange they also replaced my battery so I think it was a great deal

How old is your device .
If its in warranty try to visit the service center near you , they will help you if you don't have any physical damage on phone .

Well it's 2 years so definitely it's not under warranty... I don't have any major physical damage in my phone but minor dent in the frame
