I purchased your Samsung phone S21 Ultra from your Samsung store in February 2021. The phone was working great, but in December 2023, a green line appeared on my phone screen. So, I went to the Samsung customer service center. But the guy in the service center quoted me around Rs 35,000 approx for a screen replacement. But I ignored it and thought I could use the phone without changing the screen because It was way out of my budget, already I spent a huge amount on my phone by purchasing Rs 1,00,000 approx. But today someone in my known suggested to me that Samsung is replacing the screen free of cost who are facing a green line problem on their phones as this defect comes under manufacturing defect. I searched over the internet and in the market about this problem. Almost 90% of people have experienced this problem with S21 series phones. So I visited service center, but the guy there rejected my claim and said you will be charged Rs 30,000 for this defect. I visited many Samsung Care centers, but nobody showed interest in this. This is extremely bad. So I registered a complaint to Samsung and they suggested to visit a Service centre and create an inspection report. So I did the same but now they rejected my claim.
I want to let you know that my phone has never been dropped or scratched, but a green line has come through. After 3 years of use, my phone now has a line that is 1mm thick.
Now you guys tell me that this is a manufacturing defect or any other problem with your phone. Is this your reputation? I have been a long-time customer of Samsung since 2005, and I am very disappointed by this.
I also contacted Samsung n number of times on email and call but nobody accepts my claim. Everyone from samsung said that your phone does not comes under 3 year policy in which screen replacement done by samsung and it has a 3 year timeline. But i want to know you that i visited samsung service centre in Dec. 2023 and their the guy in the service centre does not register my complaint so it's his problem not mine. I don't know why consumers are asked so many questions as they have already spent a big amount.
Even Apple changes defective products if a problem persists in their manufacturing then why should not Samsung change the screen or repair it free of cost.
I would appreciate it if you could either change the screen or repair it. I hope you guys understand this problem as many others paid a big amount for this phone.

Same issues. Even i posted the same thing for my S22 ultra. Samsung rejects claims even if you have a scratch on it. They don't really care whether its a flagship or not. I tried everything. No luck. Wasted money
