Google weather notification

Does anybody know why Google weather notification appers in regional language even though phone and Google's language are set to English?

You should turn off weather notifications because it gives slightly late notifications.
Go to Google profile > settings > turn it off.

You need to go to your Google account, there under personal info scroll down to Language section and turn off option Automatically add language option
