Google play profile not loading and games not connecting

I have a Galaxy S21 plus and Galaxy tab S7. Since last two days, google play game profile is not showing and games like call of duty mobile are not able to connect to network. 

Except for games and google play games everything else is able to connect to network.

May be its some samsung security update patch that is causing the issue.

Try reinstalling google play game, it should work.
Secondly, check if the app is not restricted to use data.

Checked all of it, even reset android webview, but no luck..

Then you can try to sign out of your google account and sign in back

Removed google accounts, restarted device added google accounts, still same.

Figured out the solution, in connection setting under dns server: set the server to dns.google.com
