Just download all of them or the ones that you need. The message will eventually disappear.

As you can see mine I do not have the arrow that is shown on yours. It means that I have downloaded all the modules. You will only get the arrow if you haven't downloaded the module or if there is an update for that particular module.

Just press those arrows on the right on all the modules then they will start to download.
