Hi anyone with a samsung 23 ultra in South Africa Cape Town do you have the shame problem I don't have good lock on my fone and I can't download it that can be the problem in South Africa

Good Lock is region locked and is not available in South Africa. you could use apps like Fine Lock or the version patched by Corsicanu which is available on XDA.
