Why did samsung only allow certain countries to have access to Goodlock?? I mean we all paying the same amount for each phone so why must other countries not have access to it?

Goodlock is coming with UI7 update, it will only be available globally with UI7

It's a global release with One UI 7.
The next UI update is marked as the biggest one yet.

They decided to only make it available to certain countries but with the introduction of One UI 7, they've decided to release it worldwide. So expect it to be available after they've started the One UI 7 rollout for older devices.
