Gmail notification not appear

I am using an S25 Plus. It has been observed that email notifications do not appear while the phone is locked. When we unlock the phone, all emails arrive. Kindly help resolve this at the earliest. All related settings have been checked. This issue is only occurring in the Gmail app.

Maybe the notification for locksreen is off for gmail particularly change it's notification settings.

Go to Settings >> Tap on Apps >> Tap on the Application ( Ex. Gmail) >> Tap on Notifications >> Enable Allow notification option >> Disable the Sound and vibration option >> Once done you will be able to see Silent icon is being displayed with app name.

Not even Gmail; all app notifications do not appear when the phone is locked. After unlocking the phone, notifications appear.

The modification has been implemented.

Following the phone unlock, the same notification issues persist. When the phone is locked, notifications are not received.

I think this is a bug; maybe Samsung will fix it in a future update.

There are no planned updates for 2025, and even the security patches are outdated. This is unacceptable, Samsung.
