Same here. But it happens when charger voltage not according to phone. Or we using our phone on flat surface. Like phone is on table and we touching only screen.

Your charging cable is not good.. please change it.. and if you are not using samsung adapter... use it too... main problem is cable

Take a other 25 watt charger from your friend or any Juggad and check that it happen same. Some time adapter problem.

And check it other places like office or friend house. Sometimes fault in your 3 pin switch at home.

Please follow the below steps, If the battery is non removable:

Press the power and volume down key simultaneously for few seconds.

Check space availability:

Is there sufficient space available in your device?

Kindly check the space on your device:

Path: Settings > Device Care >Storage

To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.

Please ensure stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via mobile network may result in additional charges.
Please ensure enough storage space in your device.
Please ensure your device has sufficient battery for updating software. (above 50%)
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Software update.
Step3: Tap on Download and install.
Step4: Checking for software update.
Step5: Software update available.
Step6: Tap on Download.
Step7: Downloading updates.
Step8: Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
