You can install the One UI 7 beta using the ADB-method (needs a pc):
1. On your pc, download SDK platform tools: https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools
2. Extract the downloaded file in your desktop.
3. Inside the extracted folder, put the update.zip file of the update you wish to install.
4. Inside this folder, while holding left shift, make a right click with the mouse and select "open command prompt here" or "open windows powershell here", The command prompt/windows powershell will open.
5. On your phone, turn on USB Debugging in Developer options. (You get access to developer options by continously tapping the build number in Settings->About phone->Software version)
6. Connect your phone to the pc using an original usb cable, you may see a pop up message saying: "Allow USB Debugging from this device?" Click Allow.
7. In the opened Command Prompt/Windows Powershell on your PC, type in the following command: ./adb reboot recovery your phone will reboot into recovery mode.
8. In recovery mode on your phone, select "update via ADB". (you scroll up or down using the volume buttons and select using the power button).
9. In the Command Prompt/Windows Powershell on your PC run the following command: "./adb devices"
9. Wait to see a message saying that the daemon has started and that your device is found.
10. If you device is found, run the following command: "./adb sideload update.zip"
11. The update process will start, you will see a percentage counting up. First it will verify, then patch etc. Do not move the cable, disconnect the phone or power off the PC.

- Once the process is complete (it takes some time) the phone will start booting up (at which point you can disconnect the cable), the phone will also optimize applications and then you should be done!

But is that the same ROM every country gets? Or ROM varies from country to country?

It's all wrong with that. it's designed for specific regions. You must not have to sideload. Generally, youtubers do it to show new features and to make a review for their audience. Dont do it on your valuable device. No one will take responsibility for your device if it bricks.

Well actually you're wrong here, India gets the international version of the rom which is for the model number SM-S928B and I've flashed that only, as long as you're not flashing roms meant for other regions, you're good

This is not apple. This is samsung, the brand that provides mobile network boundation on their devices by region. So the sw will be as per the region. Sideload the os is really a bad idea. It can cause many issues on your device's hw/sw.

Sideloading is just a faster way to update your device if you're using the right software. It's basically same as OTA but you download the image from the OTA update and install it manually
That's all the difference there is

Yes but please check the model number before trying to install it, if you flash the wrong image you'll brick your device
