Galaxy store is crashing

What the hell is this? It's been crashing since yesterday, I cleared data, cleared wipe cache partition, did most of the usual basic things to run it back, but still it's crashing, and not only galaxy store, Samsung members too keeps crashing... anyone facing same issues?

If both the apps are crashing, it might be a server side issue. But I don't face it. I'm using the members app right now. And even the galaxy store opens fine.

Try to open it from app info.
I mean, tapping on "app details in the store" 1710941100391.jpg

Done, now it's fine.. may be server issues, but this was the first time I had faced any issues in samsung apps.

Optimize internet connection
An app crashing occurs when your internet connection is slow or unstable. In this case, optimizing your network's strength usually works. If the problem persists, try below steps in order.

 

Step 1. Switch off your mobile data/Wi-Fi router for about a few minutes.

Step 2. Turn off your device and Restart it again.

Step 3. Switch on mobile data or turn on the router and connect to Wi-Fi.

Step 4. Try using another network connection if the App still crashes and does not run.

 

If the problem still persists, you may change the settings to solve the problem as suggested below.

Setting 1. Clear App data and cache
Setting 2. Free up space on device storage
Setting 3. Reinstall the App
Setting 4. Factory reset the device
