Galaxy SKindly try the following :
- Check if you have installed any third party application, it may cause the issue.
- Check if you have any updates for your device. Setting > Software update > Install.
- Reboot your phone by pressing and holding the Power button and the Volume Down key for at least 5 seconds or until the screen shuts down.
- Try to reset network settings: Settings > Scroll to and tap "General management" > Tap "Reset" > "Reset network settings." > Reset Settings and Reset.
