Is there a official call recorder feature in Galaxy S9 plus?.....
If it is there how to enable it?

Yes it is.... Enable it through Call settings.

open dialer > settings > automatic record and turn on..

When you are on a call you can click on the 3 dot menu Boyton on the top right button. And from there you can record anu call...
