I have a S23 ultra and a pair of galaxy buds 2 pro and I have the Samsung 45 watt charging adapter for S23 ultra
I have a question
Can I charge my buds 2 pro with the 45 watt charging adapter ? ( I don't want fast charging on my buds, I just want the best battery health)
If not then suggest me what adapter should I use to charge the buds 2 pro?

Samsung 45 watt charger have multiple wattage starting from 5V-3A (15watt) upto 45watt. So is totally 100% safe to charge buds 2 pro with samsung 45 watt charger with the cable provided. 👍

It won't harm your buds but if you're that concerned with the battery health then will suggest charge via laptop as that'll be least wattage.

If found this useful/on point then tap on 3 dots and accept as solution.

You can, as it's a official Samsung adapter, it will automatically charge the buds 2 Pro to the required current it requires for charging...
I've Samsung's 25W super fast charger & i use that to charge both my Galaxy S20 FE 5G & my Galaxy Buds Live too. It's been more than 2 yrs, my Buds Live are working absolutely fine & also offering excellent battery life, no issues whatsoever...

If my information was helpful then do accept this as solution... 🙂

Bro smart phone charging adapter have configration written in the form of v×amp=watt, example 1v~5amp = 5watt,2v~5amp=10watt,3v~15amp=45watt soo on.. as per the device requirements charging adapter supply the output, so no need to worry,u can charge your earbuds from 100watt adopter also.
