Galaxy Theams, AOD, Wallpaper& Fonts unable to purchase

I need your help in getting this issue done earlier.

Did you tried simple step of clearing the cache and data and retrying galaxy themes

Tried but again same error indicates

I think it is because of smart tutor

Why smart tutor is there, this because of Smart tutor, this app has been used only by Samsung's authorized person

Samsung team tried to help me with smart tutor app and they gave the advice to post in this community for best results

Turn off smart tutor and try again
