Galaxy S9 shows wrong time in Weather Widget

Either time or location is shown wrongly on the Weather Widget in Galaxy S9 from yesterday. Adding other locations manually temporarily solves the issue. However after some time the place also gets changed. For example I manually add location as 'Kolkata', after some time it changes to 'Hastings' which is a small area in city 'Kolkata'.

Also when Auto Location is enabled, it correctly fetches the location but the time is shown wrongly. For example now the current time is 3:42 PM IST (18/4/2019), but in the widget it is shown as 8:39 AM IST (18/4/2019) But time for places in South 24Pgs in Kolkata is shown wrongly.

For the purpose of troubleshooting, I have cleared the data and cache of Weather app and even removed the widget and added back. When that did not fix I reset the device but still no luck.

Anyone else facing this issue or have idea how to fix this? Thanks.

I am having the same problem. the clock shows correct time which you can see on the status bar above but the weather widget shows wrong time.

I removed the widget and added back,nothing happened. it happens with all the Samsung phones at home .
